"I only gave one star because no stars was not presented.
Phooey. I waited 20 minutes while two workers worked and two others fondled each other’s hair. Then the wait order was wrong and one of the overworked called me in front of two other customers. I encouraged the rightful next to go ahead of me and exited.
Pitiful place and demoralized half staff.
Phooey."

"Waited 30 plus which was not a problem. The stylist was obviously feeling over worked and was unhappy to be working. Rushed in and rushed out. Not a pleasant word to a very easy going customer who generally over tips. There has to be a better place to get a haircut in Collierville."

"Go here. It's your best bet. If you want a particular cut or aren't sure about what style to go for then stop by this snappy snip shop (I'd recommend making a decision before hand and finding multiple pictures of what you want though, regardless of where you get a cut). My hair dresser's name was Mikayla (I've probably spelled that all kinds of wrong. Sorry! 😅), and she provided me with accommodating service and a pleasant experience. She paid close attention to finding out exactly what I wanted, and she gave me just that: a clean, professional, yet still fun slice of hair.
Note:The business itself can seem a bit mechanical at first, but that's due to their system and how corporate has automated everything. After you're past the check-in counter you're home-free for a relaxing grooming. And there's no need to thank me. Just be sure to leave your dresser a decent tip for his/her time! 😁"

"The stylist was good and skillful. I loved my hair cut. The only reason why I gave this 3 instead of 5 is that , this time I tired online check in and when I went there the stylist called some other guy who is next to me in list. When I asked about it I was said I am not skipped etc and because of some error it happened that way. I understand at times it could be many reasons error do happen, but it's expected to at least explain why some one next to me in list is going ahead of me. At least that way I know the people waiting and the list displayed mean something and i am not ignored."
